Description: ***************************************
changes by passion78 6/26/2018 for V 1.2
re-calculated the

This was requested by Adrian,
It is a huge pack of very nice modded combines, that now have a great way of working with MR.
I spend the last 9H converting and testing these..

I tested them all on the testmap, with courseplay and advancedhelper, and all work as it should.

reference websites inside xml`s.

Whats done:
added mr tag dragArea
new motorConfigurations with fuelUsageRatio
new gearbox
added adBlue and oilChange
Soilcompression ready
added maximalAirConsumptionPerFullStop
added fillMassNode and mrCOMtransWithMass
attacherJoint cutter lowerDistanceToGround set from 1.13 to 1.28 means the header sits lower.
attacherJoint moveTime set to 3.1
allowFillFromAir "true" as IRL is possible to
foldingPart foldGrainTank speedScale
storeData capacity

The headers have the forcenode inthere to, to simulate a bit of drag/resistance from the crops, and if the header is low enough, than the drag from being on the soil. drag is minimum..2-5..

This was a massive job, and i`m glad that they all work and do what they are supposed to do..

I hope you will like them to, and any thoughts mail me, and any faults please report..

the headers are level, i set them that way, just the are build at an angle, so the look like the are not level with the ground. just look at the bottom of the lower header, you will see the plates are level.
